📦 Production and Shipping Time
Our hats are made to order, 100% by hand.
The production time is 15 to 20 calendar days from the order confirmation. This timeframe is necessary to maintain the quality and exclusivity of each piece.
🔁 Exchanges and Adjustments
Because this is a made-to-measure and personalized product, we do not accept exchanges.
However, we do offer size adjustments if the hat doesn’t fit correctly. Please contact us for guidance and shipping instructions.
